From the age of 55 onwards, it's not uncommon to observe an alarming change: the most loyal employees suddenly lose their motivation and feel out of place. All the more so as their careers become progressively longer! While there may be many reasons for this loss of commitment, the - often unconscious - view of age, aging and work plays an important role.

During this 1h30 interactive workshop, your employees become aware of any limiting beliefs they may have, and their power to decide how to deal with age. We'll share practical tips on how to stay on top of your game right up to the end of your career.

Duration & Organization

1 x 1.5-hour remote workshop to raise awareness of the theme and help you understand your personal impact, so you can stay motivated and fulfilled right up to the end of your career.

Public: employees aged 55 and over of an organization, company or association.

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to understand each other better and develop new skills.

Teaching method: Basic theory, sharing experiences and best practices, sub-group discussions, self-assessment questionnaire.

Learning method: 50% theory, 50% exchange of experience

Evaluation methods: questionnaire at the end of the workshop

Price: €980 excl. tax for a group of 20 remote participants, face-to-face price on request

This two-stage approach first makes your employees aware of the theme of commitment, then encourages them to take responsibility by inviting them to sign up for training on a voluntary basis, if they feel concerned.
