Duration: 20h in the form of 10 individual 2-hour sessions and around 10h of personal work, at a regular pace, and easily achievable alongside your professional activity. A workbook is provided at the start of the course.

Evaluation: This phase ends with the presentation of detailed results and a summary document. Your Coach-Trainer checks with you that the objectives set at the start of the course have been achieved. The results of the assessment are your sole property.
Methods: Questioning, self-positioning, 360° questionnaire, DISC and Forces Motrices behavioral analysis, life mapping, Ikigaï, individual reflections, individual coaching, positive psychology, sources of meaning, photolanguage.
Format: You can choose between 100% face-to-face support, 100% distance learning or a combined course.
