You sometimes hear the leader described as having a strong personality, capable of imposing his will, with a strong charisma. Leadership is associated with the ability to get things done for others. Some people boast of being true leaders because no one can oppose them. A leader must command obedience, evenfear.  Where do these misconceptions and misunderstandings come from?

We,and major influencers too, see leadership as a process by which an individual influences and inspires others to act together towards a common goal.

Duration & Organization

Duration: 8 modules of 1.5 to2 days, i.e. between 12 and 16 days (84 to 112 hours).

Audience: 25 to 65 years old,for managers wishing to develop, learn or improve their skills.

Method: It is interested in the who (who am I) versus the what? It is interested in being versus doing (leader versus manager)!

According to the principles of Theory U, we set out good transformation and leadership practices as a permanent "flow"according to 3 main steps

  1.   the taking of information from all directions in the internal and external environment
  2.   the development of a presence of self, head alert, heart open and centred in one's body to dare to let go and let things happen
  3.   implementation according to processes of innovation and improvement

This is a face-to-face course. We can also create a mixed course together.
