Manager Coach Training

How can you develop your employees towards greater autonomy?

About the course

The democratization of teleworking and the arrival of Generation Z on the job market have shaken up the role of the corporate manager. To adapt to these new circumstances, managers need to reinvent themselves, moving away from the old authoritarian, directive management model towards a coaching-based management model.

Indeed, to succeed in today's mission, the new manager must be a good listener, able to influence, guide and be recognized as legitimate by team members. They must motivate and encourage their colleagues, develop their skills and give them a sense of purpose in order to achieve the objectives set by the company.

In short, they must bring out their team's full potential to foster the agility required for continuous growth within the company. Thanks to this highly practical training course, managers can discover the posture, soft skills and tools of coaching and integrate them into their day-to-day management.
