About the course

Being an entrepreneur or running a very small business is not without its challenges! You're usually on your own, and it's often difficult to know when to take the right initiatives or how to get ideas off the ground. The economic crisis and digital transformation have not helped matters. While some people are "born" with these strengths, we all have the potential to awaken the leader within us!  

You need the right skills and the right mindset to succeed: in-depth self-knowledge, agile decision-making, the ability to question, the courage to dare, the ability to listen, to communicate... All the qualities of a true leader.
Our action plan will help you identify your leadership style and intrinsic motivations, and develop the postures and skills that will enable you to boost your business over the long term.

Leadership styles in action: definition, role, responsibility, posture, action tools

  • Basic skills: listening, questioning, convincing communication
  • The foundations of a leader in action: from "why?" to "how?
  • Tools for action: decision-making and initiative, influencing, change management  

Key attitudes put into practice :

  • Levers to unlock inner and outer resistance  
  • Head-body-heart alignment in key and important actions

My identity as a leader in professional situations :

  • levers for accelerating projects and fostering innovation and creativity

Public

Entrepreneurs, auto-entrepreneurs, freelancers and small business owners.

Prerequisites

Open-mindedness, willingness to challenge oneself and develop one's own identity in the face of personalities.

Teaching method

Basic theoretical input, interactive discussions and role-playing by trainees, sharing of experiences and best practices, exercises and role-playing in sub-groups, analysis and debriefing in plenary session, formalization of individual action plan.

Learning method

20% theory, 70% practice and 10% exchange of experience.

Duration & Format

1-day face-to-face training (9am-5pm) with a group of 6 to 10 people. A minimum of 6 participants is required to guarantee the session.
