  • Encouraging know-how and learning by/through experience as a new routine 
  • Understand the 3 stages of formal transmission: preparation, facilitation, evaluation  
  • Re-acquainting yourself with different learning styles 
  • Effective and respectful communication between transmitter and receiver

Duration:1 webinar + 3 x 4h + 2h of personal work 

Public:all employees in a team, organization, company or association  

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness, willingness to learn and share.  

Methods: Webinars, Personal work, Group workshops, Systemic Constellation, Individual questioning & reflection, Co-Consulting, Experience sharing, complemented and combined with other creative tools. 

Format: You can choose between 100% distance learning or a blended learning program.

‍Assessment methods: self-positioning and self-assessment at the start and end of training to measure progress.
