Remote working brings with it complexities in terms of communication, collaboration and team cohesion. How can we really get to know each other and create genuine bonds when team members don't physically see each other every day? How can you develop a sense of belonging to a team without seeing each other? How can you collaborate effectively without seeing what the other is going through on a daily basis?   • Maintain performance: ensure that remote teams remain efficient and effective, despite the challenges of distance.

Duration & Organization

Duration: 1 to 2 days of collective workshops, favoring face-to-face meetings for the whole team, with intermediate remote follow-up sessions.  

Public:management and operational teams in organizations, companies and associations.  

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness and willingness on the part of all members of the management team and managers to strengthen team cohesion and implement ways of working together.

Methods: face-to-face and distance learning workshops.
