We offer you the end-of-career assessment and serene retirement transition specifically designed for senior executives aged 50 and over .

The aim of this program is to support them during the final years of their career and prepare them for a smooth transition to retirement.

The coach-trainer accompanies you through this transition period and helps you to :  

  • Take stock of the skills and experience you have acquired throughout your career, 
  • Make the most of them in the last years of your career and pass them on to future generations, 
  • Identify your sources of meaning and define the direction you want your new life to take once you retire.
Duration & Organization

‍Duration: 24 hours in the form of 10 individual 2-hour sessions and 4 hours of personal work, at a regular pace, and easily achievable alongside one's professional activity.

Access time: on average 2 weeks, depending on the responsiveness of the registration and financing validation phase.Wethenundertake to get you started within 15 days of your financing approval. We'll let you know if it takes longer.

Public: Private-sector executives and managers at the end of their careers

Prerequisite : Motivation to work on one's final career

Languages: this course is available in French, English and German.

Career path: The skills assessment and career assessment take place in 3 main phases:  

Phase 1 - A preliminary phase enabling :

  • analyze your needs and expectations
  • determine the format best suited to your situation
  • define together the terms and conditions of the assessment

Phase 2 - An investigation phase to :

  • take stock of your professional and personal career
  • highlight your skills, strengths, values, desires and personality
  • identify your potential and possibilities

Phase 3 - A concretization phase allowing :

  • draw up your end-of-career project (professional, training or career development plan) and work out alternatives
  • check its feasibility
  • define an action plan to implement it.

Evaluation: This phase ends with the presentation of detailed results and a summary document.

Your Coach-Trainer checks with you that the objectives set at the start of the course have been achieved. The results of the assessment are your sole property.

Methods: Questioning, self-positioning, 360° questionnaire, personality analysis, life mapping, Ikigaï, individual reflections, individual coaching, positive psychology, sources of meaning, photolanguage.

Format: You can choose between 100% face-to-face support, 100% distance learning or a combined course.

Price: from €3,000 incl. VAT, financed by your company or personally.
