Duration & Organization

Duration: The duration of our coaching services is flexible and depends on your company's needs. We adapt our approach according to the complexity of the change and the size of the teams involved. We offer group workshop days with intermediate follow-up sessions.  

Public:management and operational teams in organizations, companies and associations.  

Prerequisites: Open-mindedness and willingness on the part of all members of the management team and managers to take the time and distance needed to manage change.
