fter the many face-to-face, distance learning and e-learning management training courses, there are some things that participants feel are missing: practical application and synchronization with former managers, so that we can be in sync with all our employees.

So how can I succeed with the tools and with what attitudes can I practice managerial methods?

With several customers, we have set up a 2-day workshop in the form of 'Experiential Learning' to practice tools and methods that are well known, but without shared experience between all the managers in an organization. During the workshops, a group of 12 participants work around a game board, practicing real-life situations chosen by managers and human resources managers. The situations rise to a crescendo of difficulty, step by step, to stimulate 'Adaptive Learning' for each person, according to the roles they need to take on to evolve in the situations.

The "Experiential Learning" format implies a high level of commitment from participants during seminars. Learning by listening, and moreover by doing, encourages behavioral change for better performance.

With manager@action, you dive into your managerial roles and practice in complete safety. Understand how your complex and changing daily routine works. Identify and learn the behaviors of successful managers who are in sync with their colleagues.

During this challenge, each participant gains in self-confidence by mastering the tools and receiving feedback from a coach over two days. The Coach works with motivational elements adapted to each personality in the group.

Follow-up to the workshop is guaranteed by an individual CoachingToGo © for each participant, to reinforce implementation and overcome any obstacles or bottlenecks.

We tailor the workshop program according to an in-depth analysis of your management culture and the future challenges facing your organization.
